RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-day returns and exchanges on every order. If it isn't right, send it back and we'll take care of it.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below and download your returns slip.
  2. Print it and include it inside your parcel.
  3. Add a shipping label with the return address (on the slip) to the outside of the package. Return postage is at your own expense - we recommend a tracked service.
  4. We process returns and exchanges as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, usually within 2-3 working days.

What we ask

  • Items returned in original, unworn condition, with tags attached.
  • Original packaging where possible.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving your return. We'll email to confirm the moment it's processed.
