Where are your clothes manufactured?

We guarantee the quality of our products sourced globally. Approximately 30% of our merchandise is manufactured in the UK, while the remainder is produced in collaboration with reputable and accredited partners worldwide, a practice we've maintained since the beginning of Lucky Beau. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all of our products. 

For this to be possible, please allow 5-7 working days for your purchases to arrive. If you have still not received your order within 20 days, please get in touch via support@luckybeau.co.uk and we will immediately assist you. 

Why are some of my purchases arriving separately?

We operate multiple warehouses across different locations. While our aim is to dispatch all your items in a single shipment, in cases where an item is unavailable at one warehouse, we'll fulfil the order from the next available location. As a result, your purchases may arrive separately.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been placed it will be processed by our team and shipped within 2-3 business days. 

 

Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days however, occasionally, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.

 

Please be aware that the delivery schedule might be influenced by factors outside our jurisdiction, such as customs processing durations or potential delays in the local postal service.

 

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived, please allow 20 days before contacting our team at support@luckybeau.co.uk and we will immediately assist you.

 

**International orders may incur additional tax or customs charges when they arrive at your location. This is virtually not something our customers encounter, however in the event that it happens, it is your responsibility to pay any additional tax or customs charges. We advise that you check with your local authorities to see if any import charges may apply before you place an order.**

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email support@luckybeau.co.uk and a member of our team will provide you with instructions.

We offer 30-day returns on all of our products.

How do I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Our order packing is a quick process, and once completed, cancellation becomes difficult. It's important to note that even after contacting us, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

We acknowledge that there might be instances where you need to update the shipping address for a recently placed order.

 

 As we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, we kindly request that you inform us immediately if any modifications are necessary for your shipping address.

 

 Although we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it's important to note that we cannot assure changes once your order has progressed to a certain stage in our warehouse. If you find it necessary to alter your shipping address, please reach out to us promptly, and we will make our best efforts to assist you.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, as a small and growing company, we are unable to provide complimentary return services. Customers bear the full responsibility for covering the expenses associated with returning items.
